We are seeking a reliable individual for a position as a CORPORATE CONTROLLER to join a dedicated and hard-working team in Wilton Campus. The
Corporate Controller manages all accounting operations including financial
analysis and reporting, budget management, accounts receivable, payroll and
accounts payable for our family of construction and materials manufacturing

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
•Provide timely and accurate monthly financial reporting to the CFO.
•Produce all company financial statements with consolidation into corporate financial reports.
•Assist in all financial audits including the annual audit, ensuring all supporting documentation for the outside auditor.
•Oversee the General Ledger including reconciliation, recognition of issues, investigation, and reporting to executive management.
•Manage, develop and mentor 15 to 20 accounting employees to build an effective team that can accurately execute all transactions and timely close each period in accordance with GAAP.
•Lead continuous improvement of the general accounting functions within the department as well as operating functions that are inter-related to ensure accurate financial information.
•Manage financial reporting software and systems utilized by the accounting department.
•Lead the development & implementation of new policies and procedures to enhance the workflow and financial reporting of the organization.
•Ensure compliance with sales tax regulations in all states.
•Assist all operating departments with financial reporting, ensuring access to timely and accurate financial information needed to drive business decisions.
Required Qualifications:
•Minimum of ten years of experience in progressively responsible leadership roles in accounting for large diverse organizations.
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a broad knowledge of accounting systems.
•Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing.
•Demonstrated ability to organize and manage to completion multiple high priority projects simultaneously and on time.
•Highly skilled in people leadership and problem solving.
•Construction industry experience preferred.
•CPA and/or MBA a plus.

Salary Range $160,000 - $210,000
Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
