We’re hiring a Trane Warehouse Associate in Nashville, TN to help our warehouse team operate at its best. You’ll work during the day (1st shift, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays) to ensure we are meeting our customers’ needs. Where is the work:

This position has been designated as On-Site.

What you will do:

+ Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions

+ Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately

+ Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations

+ Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment

+ Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation

+ *Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required

What you will bring:

+ Excellent planning and organizational skills

+ Proven ability to follow through on commitments and details

+ Strong computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Office Suite)

+ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Proven team player

+ HS Diploma or equivalent required

+ Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift

Compensation:   

Base Pay Range: $21 and up (based on experience)

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
