    Opportunity

     

    If you enjoy a customer service facing role with the added challenge of kitchen duties then this position at the Inn on Woodlake is the right opportunity for you.

    Specific Responsibilities

    + Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.

    + Sort and stack clean dishes.

    + Carry clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas. Rewash soiled dishes before delivering.

    + Change dishwater in dish machine every hour.

    + Trash removal.

    + Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions.

    + Sweep/mop floors.

    + Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster.

    + Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.

    + Notify manager any time dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures.

    + Prepares salad bar items. Ensures freshness of all items; maintains small condiments with fresh contents.

    + Ensures refrigeration of appropriate items immediately.

     

    This is a part-time position. Standard Hours are 5am-noon. Weekends are required.

    Skills/Requirements

    + ServSafe certification a plus, but not required.

    + Some experience in the food preparation field in a restaurant, kitchen or dining area.

    + Knowledge of food preparation methods and operations, of kitchen equipment and materials used in food prep work.

     

    _The hourly range for this position is $18 per hour. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k._
