    Summary:

    The Manager of Manager Ambulatory Surgery Quality and Education manages, coordinates and oversees implementation of the quality philosophy and process for the BayCare Ambulatory Surgery Centers.

     

    + Provides education and training for the ASC team members and managers in support of issues such as competency testing, POC testing, pay for skills, safety, quality, and infection prevention.

    + Uses quality assessment tools and provides support to all sites for data collection, benchmarking and regulatory readiness.

    + Performs other duties as assigned.

    Required Experience:

    + An Associate Degree in nursing is required

    + 3 years of Surgical Services experience is required

    + Registered Nurse License is required

    + A background in Ambulatory Surgery is highly preferred.
