    The Strategy Manager will help identify, analyze, evaluate, and champion strategies for Calvin Klein Americas, reporting into the SVP, Head of Strategy. They are the go-to for leaders within the CKNA Leadership Team, owning strategy goal setting, tracking, and calendarization. They are responsible for the continued execution of the CKNA+ Plan, partnering with internal stakeholders to establish and action clear objectives which enable us to deliver against the PVH+ Plan. They are knee-deep in the CKNA business and work closely with PVH Strategy, Investor Relations, and cross-functional teams to provide critical inputs for leadership meetings and board and investor presentations.

     

    The selected candidate will have a passion for retail and an exceptional addition to detail. They will know the market, build strong relationships internally and externally, and help guide strategic planning.

    Responsibilities:

    + Responsible for shaping and maintaining the annual and three-year strategic roadmap, CKNA+ Plan, and driving in-year monitoring

    + Owns all PVH reporting incl. QMM, Investor Relations, and Board deliverables

    + Manages the in-year project deliverables document and leads working groups to improve in-season performance

    + Key liaison with Strategy, HR, and Communications and go-to for in-season business needs including CKNA and PVH town halls and leadership offsites

    + Supports additional business development initiatives on an ad-hoc basis

    + Compiles weekly executive reporting and financial share-outs

    + Supports SVP of Strategy with additional strategic initiatives (as needed)

    Qualifications:

    + 6-8 years of experience in a combination of investment banking/finance, consulting, investor relations, corporate communications and/or strategic business partner role (inc. merch planning, merch strategy, marketing strategy/ops) required

    + Retail industry experience highly preferred

    + Undergraduate Degree; advanced degree, a plus

    + Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally across an international, multicultural and diverse organization

    + Ability to deal with new and complex topics, interpret data, spot trends, draw conclusions and make recommendations in a highly dynamic work environment

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Independent, hands-on, structured, and result-oriented mindset

    + Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills

    Pay Range:$101,300---$137,000

     

    PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.     Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
