Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a numbers orientation and a grasp of financial management concepts. Responsibilities reside in two areas:
1. Strategy, development, implementation of credit card marketing programs and campaigns that drive revenue within the Elan partner branch distribution channel and their sub-channels, including the Self-Apply channel. The candidate will be expected to advance acquisition strategies to maximize revenue through data-driven decisions and applying test-and-learn methodologies. The ability to lead cross-functional work teams / external vendors/agencies will be essential to carrying out objectives effectively.
2. With the Partner Analytics Team and/or independently, conduct analysis to inform channel growth strategy, carry out budget activities, deliver regular channel performance reporting for senior leadership, partner with Finance Team on regular channel P&L analytics reviews.
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
+ Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
Preferred Skills/Experience
+ At least 5 years of credit card industry experience
+ Self-starter who will own results
+ Strong analytical skills
+ Expertise in Microsoft Excel
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Highly organized
+ Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously while effectively prioritizing work effort
+ Ability to interact professionally with Leadership
+ Ability to lead collaborative work teams
+ Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00 - $136,400.00
