The Opportunity
As a Partner Revenue Enablement Manager (individual contributor), you will lead Nutanix’s partner enablement strategy for our external partner ecosystem. You will focus on onboarding both technical and non-technical sellers, delivering impactful sales and co-sales resources, and measuring enablement effectiveness to drive partner-led revenue growth.

Nutanix software empowers companies worldwide to manage any application, at any location, at any scale—across private, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
Your Role
Partner Revenue Enablement Manager
+ Design and own Nutanix’s overall Partner Revenue Enablement strategy across our partner base.
+ Define and execute content strategy, content placement, partner engagement initiatives, and comprehensive revenue enablement plans.
+ Collaborate closely with Partner Sales, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement Leadership to ensure alignment between partner enablement programs and organizational strategic goals.
+ Support Partner Sales and Partner SE (pre-sales) teams in executing enablement programs effectively.
+ Maintain a solutions-focused approach to ensure programs address critical challenges and empower partners to position and sell Nutanix solutions confidently.
+ Drive initiatives that meet current partner needs while preparing the organization for future success in an evolving market landscape.
Implementation
+ Develop innovative partner-facing revenue enablement strategies, including content modalities and placement, to enhance partners’ ability to sell and co-sell Nutanix solutions.
+ Design, develop, and execute scalable short- and long-term enablement plans that enable partner sellers—both technical and non-technical—to grow revenue and adapt to a growing partner ecosystem.
+ Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across Sales, Marketing, Product, Partner Sales, and Operations to create compelling, high-impact enablement content.
Measurement
+ Establish, track, and refine OKRs to measure program effectiveness and partner engagement.
+ Analyze performance metrics to assess program impact and continuously optimize enablement initiatives to maximize organizational productivity.
What You Will Bring
+ 8+ years of experience in partner sales, partner revenue enablement, or related roles.
+ Proven success designing and implementing partner revenue enablement programs at scale for strategic partnerships, ISVs, GSI’s, distributors, VARs, and resellers.
+ Deep understanding of partner personas—including technical, non-technical, customer success, and alliance managers—and their unique enablement needs.
+ Technical background and knowledge of data centers, virtualization, cloud technologies, and generative AI is a must
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
+ Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program effectiveness and using insights to drive continuous improvement.
+ Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to align enablement initiatives with sales, marketing, partner sales, and product teams.
+ Program management expertise is highly desired.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $145,280 and USD $ 217,920 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
