What will you do?
We are seeking an Office Coordinator to provide support to employees and visitors and promote the A-Gas brand by providing professional and friendly service through our reception area. They will also assist the Customer Support team and internal Network locations with annual reports, proposals, and data entry task.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide assistance to visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
+ Answer and direct phone calls to ensure timely and accurate customer service
+ Ensure the contact list for the support team is up to date
+ Ensure proper mail distribution
+ Monitor, stock, and order office supplies
+ Assist in setting up the office for office functions/meetings
+ Organize and schedule appointments with vendors and customers
+ Organize and schedule internal/external meetings, business luncheons, and handle conference room scheduling
+ Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
+ Assists in annual report outs for network/franchise locations
+ Manage cases in Salesforce
+ Responsible to create proposals for our internal network locations (Rapid Network Team)
+ Input complete and accurate data into CRM database; i.e. phone calls, emails, opportunities, and all information beneficial to the sales team regarding customers and prospects
+ Ensure the company's safety policies and security requirements are met
+ Other duties as assigned
Experience, Knowledge, and Qualifications
+ Essential
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required
+ Previous experience with support or clerical role preferred
+ Competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
+ Ability to communicate both written and verbally
+ Multi-tasking capabilities
+ High attention to detail
+ Demonstrate continuous improvement
+ Accepts responsibility to "do-it-right" the first time
Why A-Gas?
Starting pay is $18.00 and up, depending on experience, skills, and abilities. This roles is also eligible for our Employee Incentive scheme and will participate in yearly performance evaluations creating opportunities for pay increases.
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, This role is required to be onsite daily at the front desk.
