We’re looking for an Analyst to join the American Express Global Dining organization, reporting into the Resy Strategic Partnerships team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing, tracking and optimizing our strategic restaurant partnerships across the American Express and Resy Global Dining business. This will include collaborating with and assisting various cross-functional stakeholders in establishing and maintaining key restaurant relationships, creating exciting dining experiences and deepening Card Member value. You’ll be working with a fast-paced, agile team of dining industry experts and partner closely with marketing, sales and success colleagues.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
+ Support our Card Member and Restaurant-forward approach – focused on delivering exceptional value and compassionate partnerships.
+ Remain up-to-speed on the dining industry by researching competitive landscape and industry news, specifically as it relates to cities where our top partners operate.
+ Work cross-functionally across American Express to add value to our partnerships via meaningful programming and marketing opportunities.
+ Support your direct manager with the restaurant and chef-talent relationships that they manage. Ensure all restaurant partners under this umbrella have relevant contractual obligations documented and logged in an organized, easily accessible manner.
+ Manage team budget - oversee payment submissions, payment tracking, agency management, budget compliance, present real time reporting to leadership, and lead forecasting exercises.
+ Complete monthly data & analytics reporting for the Strategic Partnerships, Resy and American Express scorecards.
+ Work closely with members of Business Operations, Revenue Operations, Compliance, and Control Management to ensure Global Dining Access is a compliant program and that the team is delivering on contractual value promises.
+ Collaborate with Resy and American Express teams including reporting, creating agendas, tracking action items and moving key workstreams forward.
+ Lead Salesforce data management, cleanliness and organization including maintenance of Global Dining Access Prospect and Partner reports
WHO YOU ARE:
+ Approachable team-player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
+ 1-2 years in a partnerships or account management support role with experience in organization, data, reporting and tracking
+ 1-2 years of experience with CRM and reporting tools (i.e. Salesforce & Looker) with a strong understanding of their respective data structures and report building capabilities
+ Financial Services experience preferred
+ Hospitality Industry experience preferred
+ Strong understanding of the hospitality, tech and/or financial services industry
+ Conscientious attention to detail and strong organizational skills necessary
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel
+ Great communicator with experience in cross-collaboration
+ Self-starter with the ability to work against tight deadlines and progress multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
