BJC is hiring for a Operations Technology and Engineering Coordinator. This is an onsite position at Barnes. We are looking for candidateds with a Biomed or Clinical Engineering background.

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

This role assists management in maintaining the day-to-day operations of Clinical Engineering. Coordinates all technological activities within the Hospital environment including, but not limited to maintenance, future technology analysis, technology integration, performance analysis, vendor selection and employee onboarding and training. The coordinator develops the bonding relationship between the hospital department managers/supervisors and Clinical Asset Management Leadership

Responsibilities

+ Manages projects for technology installations across multiple disciplines.

+ Assists in identifying and recommending optimal staffing levels necessary.

+ Takes an active role in cross training, vendor training and third party training for staff.

+ Utilizes systems to conduct analyses on operational effectiveness, corrective and preventive maintenance completion, and staff workload distribution.

+ Responsible for Clinical device database inventory and work order accuracy.

+ Associate's Degree - Engineering/related

+ High School Diploma or GED
