We're looking for a results-driven Pharmacy Finance Manager to provide strategic financial leadership within UCLA Health's Department of Pharmaceutical Services. Overseeing a combined annual operating budget of over $367 million, you will manage the financial operations of the entire Pharmacy Services Department.
In this highly impactful role, you'll partner closely with pharmacy leadership and cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecast expenses, oversee vendor contracts, and ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations. Your insights will directly shape critical decisions around pharmaceutical services, inventory management, and capital investments. As a liaison to committees such as the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee and the UC Pharmacy Purchasing Group, your work will influence both departmental and systemwide strategies.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; Fully Onsite
Annual Salary: $102,500.00 - $227,700.00
Qualifications
We are seeking a dedicated leader with:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role
+ Master's degree (MBA, MS, or MPA) preferred
+ Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or an academic medical center setting
+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
+ Advanced knowledge of financial principles and regulatory requirements
+ Proven ability to manage large, complex budgets and financial systems
+ Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and keen attention to detail
+ Experience with vendor negotiations, contract oversight, and inventory control
+ Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and uphold high ethical standards
