Our client, a dynamic leader in the tech industry, is seeking an Event Manager to join their team. As an Event Manager, you will be part of the People Ops & Employee Engagement team supporting internal employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

+ Lead the end-to-end production of internal events, from creative concept to execution and post-event reflection.

+ Translate organizational goals into meaningful experiences that resonate with employees.

+ Engage confidently with stakeholders and leadership to navigate sensitive messaging with discretion.

+ Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of execution.

+ Proactively identify risks and offer thoughtful, strategic solutions.

What's Needed?

+ 5+ years of experience in event production or similar roles.

+ Proven track record of managing complex events.

+ Strong project management and organizational skills; BA or BS preferred.

+ Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

+ Comfortable managing events of all sizes, from intimate workshops to global virtual broadcasts.
