Our client, a leading technology company in the AI and cloud services industry, is seeking an API Documentation Business Project Manager to join their team. As an API Documentation Business Project Manager, you will be part of the Azure AI Translator Business Operations team supporting internal stakeholders, external customers, and business partners. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, organizational excellence, and technical acumen, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: API Documentation Business Project Manager

Pay Range: $43-45/hr W2

What’s the Job?

+ Manage and triage communications through centralized support aliases for Azure AI Translator

+ Classify and respond to customer and partner inquiries, escalating technical issues as needed

+ Collaborate with engineering and subject matter experts to curate and improve support content

+ Track and report on support metrics, product feedback, and resolution timelines

+ Contribute to product documentation, marketing content, and technical support guides

What’s Needed?

+ 3–5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technical environment

+ Experience using APIs and building simple applications in .NET, Python, or Java

+ Strong analytical skills and business acumen to interpret customer and market trends

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across cross-functional teams
