Our client, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Data Center Technician - I&A Logistics Support 2 to join their team. As a Data Center Technician, you will be part of the logistics support team, ensuring the smooth operation of data center activities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing tasks, which will align successfully with the organization.

**Job Title:** Data Center Technician - I&A Logistics Support 2

**Location:** San Antonio, TX - onsite

**Duraiton:** 18 Months on W2

**Pay Range:** $23.92 - $26.38

What's the Job?

+ Monitor the system for equipment failure or errors in performance.

+ Respond to program error messages by finding and correcting problems or terminating the program.

+ Assist programmers and systems analysts in testing and debugging new programs.

+ Coordinate, prepare, and execute incoming/outgoing deliveries, ensuring detailed inventory tracking.

+ Perform destruction of data-bearing devices following all documented procedures and runbooks.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma AND 2+ years of experience in warehouse/supply chain in an IT environment.

+ Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

+ Previous experience working in a data center environment.

+ Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training required.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities.
