Our client is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join their team. As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will be part of the Learning and Development department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-service attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Learning & Development Coordinator
**Location:** Bellevue, WA (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

What's the Job?
+ Coordinate continuing education with external law firms and internal experts, manage training logistics (venues, scheduling...), and provide on-site and day-of support to facilitators.
+ Host live and WebEx presentations, facilitate recordings and polls, upload sessions, manage courses via SharePoint or LMS, and maintain attendance records for continuing education documentation.
+ Assist the team with editing courses in Articulate, manage the LMS including uploading and updating courses, and resolve learner issues through the internal ticketing system.
+ Support departmental operations by preparing correspondence, scheduling training and meetings, and assisting with projects while handling confidential, time-sensitive materials.
+ Produce routine communications including newsletters, training calendars, and legal mailers to ensure smooth operations.
What's Needed?
+ At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
+ The important skill sets are LMS experience, Articulate and general Microsoft office tools.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Products, especially PowerPoint and SharePoint.
+ Experience facilitating conference calls on Microsoft Teams and large conference calls on WebEx.
+ Some experience with eLearning authoring tools, preferably Articulate, and with learning management systems.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
