Our client, a leader in the food industry, is seeking a Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician, you will be part of the laboratory team supporting quality control and product testing. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician

**Location:** Napoleon, OH (Onsite)

What's the Job?

+ Collect and analyze samples from the production floor to assist with quality assurance processes.

+ Conduct in-process product testing and ensure compliance with specifications.

+ Support operations by performing laboratory testing and quality control measures.

+ Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean and efficient laboratory environment.

+ Participate in the plant's cleaning extension project and provide feedback on product quality.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma required; a science background is helpful but not necessary.

+ 0 - 3 years of experience in a laboratory or related field preferred.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

+ Willingness to work occasional weekends and flexible hours as needed.

+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
