Our client, a leader in the accounting and reporting industry, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Accounting & Reporting to join their team. As a Senior Analyst, you will be part of the Shared Services Center supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent project management abilities, and a solid grasp of technical accounting principles, which will align successfully with the organization.

What's the Job?
+ Support day-to-day accounting operations while enhancing accounting procedures and internal controls.
+ Serve as a key point of contact for accounting and reporting, ensuring high levels of customer service.
+ Drive the monthly close process by approving journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
+ Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting guidelines established by GAAP and IFRS.
+ Lead initiatives to meet Shared Services Center and Business Unit goals while participating in special projects.
What's Needed?
+ BS in Business Administration or Accounting; advanced degree is a plus.
+ 5-10 years of general accounting experience in a large, complex international business.
+ Professional Certification (CPA, CMA) is a plus.
+ Experience with integrated ERP and financial reporting systems.
+ Strong knowledge of internal controls and ability to coach team members across various cultures.
