    **Our client, a hospitality-driven culinary concept, is seeking a Line Cook to join their team.** As a Line Cook, you will be part of the Kitchen Operations Department supporting service and event teams. The ideal candidate will bring reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to food quality that aligns with the business’s mission to provide exceptional casual fare in a vibrant setting.

    **Pay Range:** $15–$16/hour

    **Job Type:** Part-Time

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Prepare and execute a rotating menu featuring elevated bar bites and brunch offerings.

    + Operate specialized kitchen equipment including a panini press, MerriChef, deep fryer, conveyor oven, and flat griddle.

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station in line with health and safety standards.

    + Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during regular and special event shifts.

    + Support prep work, inventory, and restocking duties as needed.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + ServSafe Certification (Food Manager Certification preferred).

    + Prior experience in a commercial kitchen or as a line cook.

    + Proficiency with specialized kitchen equipment and ability to work independently.

    + Current availability for **Friday evenings** and **occasional evening events** , with **expanded availability starting Summer 2025** to include:

    + **Thursday PM**

    + **Friday PM**

    + **Saturday afternoon/evening**

    + **Sunday 11 AM – 4 PM**

    + Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and effective communication skills.
