• Accounting Business Manager

    Our client, a premium processor in the food industry, is seeking an Accounting Business Manager to join their team. As a Business Manager, you will be part of the administrative department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Accounting Business Manager

     

    Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm

     

    Saturdays required during production season late July - November

     

    Pay Range: Salary $55,000 - $65,000 per year

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the accounting system at the facility.

    + Manage Accounts Payable and Purchasing to ensure timely payments to growers and suppliers.

    + Assist in recruiting, retaining, and training full-time and seasonal employees.

    + Support project management efforts, including coordinating large expenditures and investments.

    + Serve as the point of contact for IT issues and assist with troubleshooting as needed.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is REQUIRED.

    + 5 years of experience as a Business/Office Manager.

    + Proficiency in ERP systems and excellent data entry skills.

    + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

    + CPA, preferred
