Our client is seeking a Marketing Associate to join their team. As a Marketing Associate, you will be part of the marketing department supporting the Grab & Go business. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Marketing Associate
What's the Job?
+ Execute B2B business and marketing strategy for the Grab & Go business.
+ Develop and implement tactical Product Marketing plans for various brands.
+ Manage the NP Hot Pockets portfolio, including product innovation and digital asset development.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and go-to-market plans.
+ Support marketing budget management to align with business objectives and deliver clear ROI.
What's Needed?
+ MBA degree preferred, BA or equivalent experience required.
+ Minimum 5 years of marketing experience required.
+ Strong quantitative skills and ability to analyze sales data and marketing metrics.
+ Successful end-to-end project management experience required.
+ Experience in foodservice sales/marketing or equivalent preferred.
