Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a remote technical Product/Business Analyst to join a large Life Sciences and Manufacturing company. The Cyberhub team that is hiring lies with the IT CISO organization, and its goal is to create a digital platform on SharePoint to unify SharePoint sites, have go-to knowledge and security policy articles, and introduce several process improvements for end users to know the CyberSecurity digital product and solution suite. This person will be a piece of the Agile journey for this team, as they will be responsible for attending sessions with functional and technical peers and stakeholders who are building web pages for the new ecosystem of Cyberhub, and they will be responsible for creating user stories, writing and translating requirements, and have expert level knowledge of Jira. This person will be working closest with the experience design and technical writing teams to create a unified digital platform, so they should be familiar with wireframes, web development, APIs, and creating design requirements. This role requires excellent people skills, an analytical/problem-solving mind set, and a self-starter attitude.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience as an enterprise product or business analyst, responsible for the user story development journey and feature or design requirements for digital platform products

Knowledgeable of a global cyber security environment, security policies, and digital tools in a security environment

Previous digital platform product experience, specifically working with visual and design elements of the platform

Excellent communication, presentation, and solution-focused mindset slkills Exposure to GenAI tools or connectors.

Familiarity with digital ecosystems and SaaS platforms.

Experience working with wireframes and information architecture.

Previous involvement in discovery or product definition phases. null
