Our client, a leader in the textile manufacturing industry, is seeking a Sewing Machine Operator to join their team. As a Sewing Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the creation of high-quality textile products. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for craftsmanship which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Sewing Machine Operator

**Location:** Mesilla Park, NM

**Pay Range:** $13 to $15

What's the Job?

+ Set up and maintain sewing machines to ensure optimal performance.

+ Select appropriate thread, needles, and stitching patterns for various projects.

+ Guide fabric through the machine with precision and care.

+ Identify and troubleshoot any machine problems that arise during operation.

+ Inspect finished garments for defects and ensure quality standards are met.

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; we welcome beginners eager to learn.

+ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Basic understanding of sewing techniques is a plus.

+ Willingness to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
