Job Title: Technical Business Analyst (Contract-to-Hire)

Pay range : $35 - $41/hr (Only W2)

Overview:

We are seeking a **Technical Business Analyst** with a strong background in bridging business needs with technical solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable leading cross-functional discussions, and can translate complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

+ Translate business needs into clear, detailed technical specifications.

+ Lead discussions with stakeholders to identify potential issues and propose effective solutions.

+ Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure high-quality application releases.

+ Create and maintain documentation including business process flows, executive summaries, and project plans.

+ Work with cross-functional teams to optimize application capabilities and business processes.

+ Influence and gather requirements for new features aligned with strategic priorities.

+ Ensure alignment with SDLC processes and project timelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

+ Strong experience in business analysis within technical environments.

+ Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

+ Proficiency in tools such as **Azure DevOps, Confluence, and SharePoint** .

+ Experience working with **onshore and offshore development teams** .

+ Understanding of **data models** and **data reporting** .

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

+ Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in **AI/ML model training** or **Generative AI** projects.

+ Background in **use case validation** and **testing support** .

+ Familiarity with **architecture and design best practices** .
