Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Trust Associate to join their team. As a Senior Trust Associate, you will be part of the Institutional Advisors team supporting Senior Institutional Advisors and Relationship Managers. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer service orientation which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Senior Trust Associate

**Location:** Cleveland, OH

**Pay Range:** $27 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Work in partnership with a Senior Institutional Advisor/Relationship Manager to service and monitor an assigned group of accounts to ensure timely and accurate processing of client-directed trades and transactions.

+ Demonstrate knowledge relating to institutional trust/custody client needs and IA product offerings, ensuring operational effectiveness and efficiency.

+ Process various cash transactions daily, including wire transfers, preparation of checks, and execution of securities trading.

+ Develop relationships with clients and their service providers, ensuring a positive client experience and high retention rates.

+ Mitigate risk by servicing assigned institutional client relationships in compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements.

What's Needed?

+ 2 to 4 years of industry experience working with corporate, non-profit, public fund, and/or Taft Hartley clients in an administrative capacity or client service role.

+ Demonstrated strong client service skills and knowledge of securities processing and bank operations.

+ Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and problem-resolution skills.

+ Undergraduate degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.

+ Strong PC skills, especially in Excel, Word, Power Kofax PDF, and PowerPoint.
