    Our client, a leading healthcare products and services provider committed to delivering high-quality medical supplies to healthcare facilities and individual customers, is seeking a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you will be part of the customer service department supporting our clients. The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience, basic knowledge of email, computer and phone operations, and the ability to multitask.

     

    **Job Title:** Customer Service/Data Entry

    **Location:** Fort Wayne, IN

    **Pay Range:** $20/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

    + Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

    + Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues to their satisfaction.

    + Collaborate with other departments to coordinate timely and accurate order fulfillment.

    + Adhere to the Company Mission Statement.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Previous customer service experience preferred.

    + TB Vaccination and HEB B Vaccination or waiver will be required upon hire if exposed to patient care.

    + Basic knowledge of email, computer and phone operations.

    + Clear speaking voice.

    + Ability to multitask.
