    Our client, a leading provider in the engineering and technical services industry, is seeking a **Facilities Maintenance Technician** to join their team. As a **Facilities Maintenance Technician** , you will be part of the Engineering and Maintenance department supporting a new client. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of confidence in their technical skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Facilities Maintenance Technician

    **Location:** Fort Atkinson, WI

     

    Pay: $33-$40/hr.

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and electrical systems.

    + Monitor and maintain HVAC systems and respond to related issues.

    + Conduct inspections of building systems including fire alarms and plumbing.

    + Assist in implementing a preventive maintenance program.

    + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 4-5 years of job-related experience in a similar role.

    + Universal EPA certification.

    + Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    + Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
