    Our client, a leader in innovative technology solutions, is seeking a Test and Validation Specialist to join their team. As a Test and Validation Specialist you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various product development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title: T** est and Validation Specialist

    **Location:** Flemington, NJ (100% onsite)

     

    Pay Range: $17 to $20 p/h w-2 depending upon experience

     

    Duration: 12 month contract

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform product and system design verification testing for functional compliance, performance, reliability, usability, and operation under stress.

    + Conduct compatibility testing with client controllers and customer simulation testing on various touch systems products.

    + Run product qualifications and experiments, set up and monitor automated test equipment, and write test reports and procedures.

    + Record and organize test results, issue test reports, and follow established test procedures.

    + Operate and maintain lab equipment and environmental test systems while collaborating with Quality Assurance and development engineers/technicians.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Familiarity with test equipment such as environmental chambers and microscopes.

    + Proficiency in typical PC software applications including Excel and Word.

    + Basic understanding of digital logic circuits, interfaces, and analog electronics principles.

    + Experience in the use and teardown of computers, with the ability to install, configure, and perform hardware test routines.

    + Working knowledge of touch screen technologies and Windows operating systems.
