Job Description
• The Sr. Market Research Analyst carries out market research activities to provide the organization with information, analyses, and forecasts of the agricultural and fertilizer industries. Make detailed observations, analyze data, and interpret and report results. Perform a variety of tasks and work under limited supervision. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-impact analysis and forecasts that support decision making across the company. A wide degree of creativity, autonomy, and latitude is required. Masters degree in Applied Economics, Agricultural/Resource Economics, or MBA with Economics emphasis preferred. Expertise in managing data, visualizations, and conducting data analysis using R Studio or other statistical computing package preferred.

Skills and Requirements
Masters Degree/MBA (economics or business preferred) or Bachelors with 4+ years of experience
Expertise in managing data, visualizations, and conducting data analysis using R Studio or other statistical computing package
• Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and coding languages
• Strong analytical background with demonstrate ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to effectively collaborate across multiple business units within the organization Prior experience in the fertilizer, agribusiness, or commodities industry
Background in econometric modeling
Proficiency in R Studio within a "coding shop" environment null
