Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Policy Data Specialist to join our jewelry insurance customer to sit onsite in Neenah, WI. You will be responsible for transitioning a book of personal lines business from another carrier to this insurance company upon acquisition. This role involves utilizing a CSV file and the Guidewire policy administration system to quote, bind, and issue new policies. You will also handle policyholder and agent communications, input additional policy information into our customers system, and route policy-related questions to appropriate team members.
Main Responsibilities:
Utilize CSV files and Guidewire to quote, bind, and issue new policies.
Email policyholders and agents copies of quotes and policies for issuance.
Send out quotes and policies based on effective dates.
Input additional policy information into the system, as necessary.
Route policy-related questions to appropriate team members.
Manual process involving transferring data from a workbook to the Guidewire system.

Skills and Requirements
High school degree or equivalent required.
Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills.
Strong written communication skills.
Detail-oriented to avoid errors in manual processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Must be capable of becoming proficient in the Guidewire product suite. Previous exposure to the insurance/finance field.
Familiarity with Guidewire product suite. null
