    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Identity Management Consultant to lead our identity platform modernization initiative. This client-facing role requires exceptional communication skills and deep technical expertise to guide our migration from ForgeRock to a cloud-based identity solution (Okta, SailPoint, or similar) over the next 1-2 years. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, application owners, and technical teams to ensure seamless identity lifecycle management and application integrations.     Skills and Requirements

     

    5-8 years of Identity Management (IDM/IAM) experience with hands-on support beyond basic installation/configuration

     

    Strong client-facing and communication abilities - must excel at stakeholder engagement

     

    Application migration experience from on-premises to cloud-based identity platforms

     

    Azure AD/Entra ID expertise including SSO creation and configuration

     

    Identity lifecycle management experience including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews

     

    Deep understanding of OAuth, SSO, SAML, and SCIM protocols

     

    Experience with Microsoft/Office365 ecosystem integration

     

    Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment ForgeRock migration experience or familiarity with ForgeRock platforms

     

    Groovy scripting experience (legacy system requirement)

     

    Experience with Okta, SailPoint, or similar cloud identity platforms

     

    PowerShell and automation scripting capabilities

     

    Previous consulting or contractor experience

    Lead or senior-level role experience null
