    Job Description

    Analyze the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.

     

    Lead the development of solution artifacts, road maps, optimization of operations, architecture, block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.

     

    Building prototypes, lead technical reviews, and discussions of defined requirements.

     

    Mentor Developers.

     

    PR: 60/hr

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelor's and 7 years of experience, Master's and 5 years of experience or 11+ in lieu of a degree

     

    8+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer

     

    Federal Government experience

    Required ServiceNow required certification:

    o Certified System Administrator (baseline)

     

    o Certified Application Developer (baseline)

     

    ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.

     

    Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies.

     

    5+ years of experience in developing system architecture, design principles, and impacts.

     

    5+ years of experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)

     

    5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)

     

    5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.

     

    Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java

     

    Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow

     

    Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols

     

    Experience with Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces and External Portals

     

    Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP

     

    Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM or HR

     

    Project Management or Agile certification

     

    ITILv4 Foundations Certification

    Ability to work in a high growth, fast paced environment null
