What You’ll Do:

As a Production Team Member, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by:

+ Performing hands-on tasks such as palletizing, depalletizing, case packing/sealing, blending, sanitation, product inspection, and hand assembly.

+ Keeping up with production demands while maintaining quality and safety standards.

+ Rotating between different production areas as needed.

+ Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), hygiene rules, and all safety policies.

+ Reporting issues clearly—whether it’s a material shortage, equipment concern, or product quality issue.

+ Tracking lot numbers for materials and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

+ Assisting with cleaning and other tasks during slower production times.

Essential Requirements:

+ Minimum 18 years of age.

+ Able to stand for full shifts and perform physical tasks such as lifting (up to 15 lbs regularly, up to 60 lbs occasionally), bending, twisting, and working at heights.

+ Comfortable using equipment such as hoists.

+ Ability to read, write, and perform basic math (weights, percentages, number sequences).

+ Willing to follow company policies, including confidentiality and safety guidelines.

+ Acceptable background check.
