Required Skills & Experience

+ Accurate typing and data entry skills.

+ Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

+ Highly adaptable to process and system changes.

+ Detail-oriented with good judgment and problem-solving skills.

+ Effective time management.

+ Able to initiate and manage a high volume of outbound phone calls.

+ AS400 experience.

+ Transportation logistics experience.

+ Call center experience.

+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

+ Strong customer relations skills.

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

+ Entry of orders from AS400 to HQ2, Manual orders keyed into AS400 to move to HQ2

+ Verification of vehicles to be transported via phone and email - contacting repo agents, dealerships, body shops, and residences.

+ Responding to emails throughout the day from various sources.

+ Dispatching of dealer units to carriers throughout the Midwest.

+ Communicating between clients, auction partners, and internal parties.

+ Attend team meetings and company meetings. (remotely via TEAMS)

+ Contacting carriers for updates.

+ Heavy data entry.

+ Account owner for multiple accounts, ie, Ford, Honda, Mercedes.
