The Opportunity

Black & Veatch delivers design, procurement and construction solutions to help provide wastewater treatment tocommunities worldwide. We serve public and private clients with a strong focus on life cycle economy, effi ciency, andreliability. Black & Veatch helps clients with startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and training of their operationsstaff to be able to eff ectively operate the new and upgraded facilities.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide startup, commissioning and troubleshooting services for conventional wastewater treatment, advancedwastewater treatment, and biosolids.

+ Prepares standard operating procedures, energy control procedures, job safety analysis, and operation andmaintenance manuals for new and existing facilities.

+ Perform onsite training of operations staff .

+ Evaluate staffi ng, operating costs, and system redundancy for reliable operations.

Preferred Qualifications

+ At least 10 years' experience in wastewater operations or commissioning of wastewater plants.

+ Plant startup andcommissioning experience a must.

+ Technical writing skills and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PDF, Microsoft Visio)are a must.

+ WW Operator License is Preferred

+ Valid Drivers License is Required

Minimum Qualifications
