    Position Summary/Responsibilities:

    The Greece Central School District is seeking to fill the following teaching position to work within the Smart Transfer Early College High School (ST-ECHS) Program. This course is designed to improve the student's visual perception and expand critical awareness through a variety of hands-on studio projects. The student will become familiar with the methods, materials, media, vocabulary, and techniques of making art.

    Responsibilities in this position might include:

    -Teach and approved dual-credit art course(s) through a partnership with the College at Brockport.

     

    -Course will be taught in person at Olympia HS June 30, July 1 through July 2, July 7 through July 11, 2025 from 9:00am to 2:00pm.

     

    -Advocate for ST-ECHS students' access and success within college level courses.

     

    -Plan and implement curriculum and instruction in art that is aligned with the dual-credit model, and satisfied the requirements for both Greece Central and the College at Brockport.

     

    Plus 1 hour of planning each day for an additional 8 hours (approved for 48 hours of extra work)
