We are seeking a Lead Technology Banking Tools Innovation Consultant with a strong technical foundation and a proven track record in program execution, cross-functional stakeholder management, and vendor collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who deeply comfortable working in technical environments—especially those involving Generative AI, agent-based AI systems, and emerging technology tools for financial services. You will be instrumental in shaping and deploying GenAI tools tailored for bankers, partnering with architecture teams and external vendors to assess feasibility, influence design, and drive adoption.
In this role, you will:
+ Lead end-to-end execution of technical projects focused on GenAI tools and intelligent agents
+ Work closely with vendors to evaluate product capabilities, roadmap alignment, and implementation strategy
+ Translate business requirements from banking teams into actionable technical plans
+ Assess technical feasibility and integration options in collaboration with solution architects
+ Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across product, engineering, architecture, compliance, and vendor teams
+ Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to senior stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 3+ years of experience in technical program management, product management, or related roles
+ 2+ years of experience working with GenAI platforms, LLM-based tools, or agentic AI frameworks
Desired Qualifications:
+ Strong technical fluency; ability to read code and engage in technical conversations (coding background preferred)
+ Proven experience managing third-party vendors and evaluating new tech solutions
+ Prior experience in financial services
+ Familiarity with enterprise security, integration patterns, or compliance requirements in a regulated industry
+ Experience launching new technology tools in large, matrixed organizations

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$115,900.00 - $206,100.00
