About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic and experienced **Senior Lead Business Growth Strategy Consultant** to enhance our focus on due diligence and optimize the advisor recruiting experience. This individual contributor role is responsible for leading national due diligence meetings (both virtual and in-person), managing and refreshing multi-channel recruiting content, maintaining and redesigning digital recruiting platforms, and overseeing recruiting-related SME events to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
In this role, you will:
+ Act as an advisor within Business Growth Strategy functional area to senior leadership in order to develop or influence initiatives that promote and advance companywide finance growth opportunities
+ Participate in process to both identify and purchase potential acquisition opportunities as well as loans in the secondary market
+ Lead business development strategies requiring in-depth evaluation
+ Support various Business Growth Strategy projects to maximize growth opportunities and minimize expenses
+ Provide vision, direction, and expertise within Business Growth Strategy functional area to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business strategies that enhance companywide finance and growth
+ Collaborate with all levels of professionals and managers companywide and serve as an advisor to leadership within Business Growth Strategy functional area
Required Qualifications:
+ 7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of experience in business strategy, recruiting, marketing, or communications within the financial services industry.
+ Demonstrated success in leading large-scale recruiting or due diligence events, including both virtual and in-person formats.
+ Experience creating and managing digital content across multiple platforms (e.g., internal portals, social media, public-facing sites).
+ Strong understanding of advisor recruiting processes and FINRA requirements; prior experience working with financial advisors or field leaders is highly preferred.
+ Proficiency in project management and content lifecycle oversight, with the ability to refresh and repurpose material strategically.
+ Adept at partnering with cross-functional teams, leaders, and subject matter experts to deliver consistent messaging aligned with business goals.
+ Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to coach others and influence at all levels.
+ Familiarity with digital recruiting strategies, content marketing trends, and advisor value propositions
