    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to join the Branch Risk Services team within Consumer, Small and Business Banking (CSBB).

     

    This team provides the administration and certification of system access for National Branch Network, Branch Oversight and Support, and other groups in CSBB. Using the Role Based Access Control (RBAC) methodology to request access based on job title or responsibilities with the least privileged access. Providing advice and recommendations to build role-based access controls for teams based on their job functions to reduce the risk of inappropriate system access. The team also supports tasks for Branch DeNovo/Closures/Relocation. This team strives to develop and maintain partnerships inside and outside of Consumer, Small and Business Banking.

    In this role, you will:

    + Support Role Based Access Control (RBAC) system access facilitation and certification activitiesfor National Branch Network, Branch Oversight & Support and Small Business

    + Utilize variety of system access request tools such as Access Management Tool (AMT), Access Request Tool (ART), Access & Identify Management System (AIMS), Service Now (Catalog and Incident Ticket system), JIRA, and Nexidia.

    + Provides expert advice and serves as a consultant in the area of complex retail processing issues for new and changing system access. Lead efforts for new and changing RBAC requirements for groups supported. Changes may include desktop process updates, maintaining Access Management Tool (AMT) roles, Access & Identity Management System (AIMS) Roles utilizing the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lifecycle Management tool and requesting updates to access management tools such as Access Request Tool (ART), Access Certification Tool (ACT) and Access & Identity Management System (AIMS).

    + Provides guidance/direction to other business consultants.

    + Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables

    + Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business

    + Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business

    + Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management

    + Lead improvement efforts to simplify internal processes and address system access issues

    + Be a representative on projects with technology and risk partners to discuss policy and procedures for team

    + This role will also utilize the following tools: MS SharePoint, Lightweight Workflow ticket system, Microsoft Excel, and MS Teams Collaboration

    + Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills such as MACROS, VBA Coding, Pivot Tables, and Formulas

    Required Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Knowledge of Branch systems, operations, risk, etc.

    + Knowledge of Banker Profile

    + Knowledge and understanding of operating reporting systems

    + Ability to coordinate processes or projects and compile documentation

    + Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy

    + Proficient in PC applications with a strong ability to quickly learn new systems

    + Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills

    + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment

    + Strong ability to collaborate effectively and build positive partnerships with team members and stakeholders

    + Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment

    + Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques

    + Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities

    + Demonstrated ability to create, maintain, and leverage strong interpersonal relationships and a highly effective network at all levels of the organization

    Job Expectations:

    + This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

    + This position will work occasional Saturdays 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Eastern Time to cover system access requests from Branch employees.

    Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus.

    Pay Range

     

    Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

     

    $73,100.00 - $129,900.00
