    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking Loan Servicing Representatives to join a growing Titles team within our Auto Operations Group in Texas. As a Loan Servicing Representative on this team, you will be responsible for working with customers, dealerships, Departments of Motor Vehicles (DMVs), and other third parties to perfect and release titles according to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

    In this role, you will:

    + Review, research, analyze, problem solve, and process moderately complex issues related to titles

    + Support the Specialty Operations - Titles team by following processes and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met

    + Regularly adapt to changes in processes and procedures

    + Receive direction from Loan Servicing supervisors

    + Use relevant information and independent judgment to determine the root cause of issues related to titles

    + Ensure compliance with all federal, state, client, and company policies, procedures, and regulations

    + Communicate with customers, dealerships, DMVs, cross-business units, and other third parties

    + Provide guidance to less experienced peers

    + Identify opportunities for improvement within various areas within Loan Servicing and recommend solutions

    + Sign documents on behalf of Wells Fargo to affirm that the information provided is true

    + Support other teams within the line of business, assisting with other responsibilities to meet overall business needs

    + Provide Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for titles teams in other locations

    + Assist in the development, review, and revision of department policy and procedures

    Required Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Prior experience with auto titles

    + Ability to negotiate, influence, collaborate, and facilitate issue resolution with both internal and external parties

    + Experience making outbound calls, demonstrating strong telephone etiquette skills

    + Experience researching moderately complex issues to determine a course of action

    + Financial services industry experience

    + Proven experience providing effective customer service

    + Ability to accurately document account data and information

    + Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.

    + Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on understanding customer requests and providing detailed information

    + Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines/service level agreements (SLAs), achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

    + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail and quality standards

    Job Expectations:

    + Willingness to work onsite at location listed

    + This position offers a hybrid work schedule

    + Ability to work additional hours as needed

    + This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

    + Completion of Wells Fargo’s notary and affiant training course and achieving a score of 80% or higher
