    About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Growth Strategy Consultant that will support the Investment Solutions Center of Excellence (COE) as part of the Investment & Product Consulting (I&PC) team. The I&PC team responds to inquiries from investment professionals related to investment guidance and implementation for advisory programs, packaged products, and individual securities. The team is also responsible for providing training and education on tools and resources for research and portfolio recommendations.

    In this role, you will:

    + Work with investment professionals to incorporate guidance and recommendations from the Wells Fargo Investment Institute to help determine appropriate solutions for client portfolios

    + Network and connect with subject matter experts across the Investment Solutions COE to develop the expertise and knowledge required to connect investment themes and recommendations to appropriate products and solutions

    + Support investment implementation by staying apprised of technology changes, product updates, new resources, and how investment professionals might implement these solutions for their clients

    + Be the primary source of contact for investment professionals regarding research-directed portfolio management solutions, offering program education, marketing resources, and insight into program features and functionality

    + Collaborate and consult with colleagues, product managers, and other partners to provide service excellence to investment professionals

    + Utilize phone and email to respond to inquiries from investment professionals

    + Participate in planning and execution of tactical activities and projects within Investment & Product Consulting that support efforts to create efficiencies within the department

    + Ensure adherence to risk and compliance regulations and policies

    Required Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    Desired Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of investment product experience

    + Experience providing service excellence to financial advisors through phones and email

    + Experience building relationships and communicating effectively with business partners across a matrixed organization

    + Proven initiative to independently research and respond to a wide variety of inquiries

    Job Expectations:
