We are looking for a highly motivated Sr Engagement Manager to drive communications and employee engagement for the Ads Creative, Trust, & Support (ACTS) organization. In this role, you will own driving engagement and communication efforts for a 4,500+ person org with employees located in 20+ countries. You will be responsible for designing and executing effective engagement strategies across multiple high-visibility initiatives. Your impact will reach all ACTS employees—across geographies, businesses, and roles. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in employee engagement initiatives, with experience managing programs across multiple channels and collaborating across diverse teams. You should be comfortable owning multiple projects at once, navigating ambiguity, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
Work closely with ACTS managers and employees to support engagement, productivity, and retention
Drive participation and improvement to connections’ scores
Establish and maintain effective channels for organizational knowledge sharing (e.g., newsletters, Slack groups, etc.)
Design and execute engaging virtual and in-person events that strengthen team culture and drive innovation
Partner with ACTS leadership on messaging
Work cross-functionally with Amazon PR and Comms teams to support strategic initiatives when appropriate
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
