ABOUT THIS ROLE
We’re looking for a Human Resources Partner (HRP) to join our growing team. Audible HR Partners are known for their knowledge of HR programs, processes and tools and their ability to work across a portfolio of businesses. You will act as the frontline consultant to mainly people managers to create a positive underlying experience, offering consistent HR advice on people matters. You will operate and are seen as subject matter experts, having sound knowledge in company and local programs, processes and policies, offering a strong and compelling point of view around HR related matters, thus building credibility. You are committed to collaboration with (multiple) HR Business Partners, HR specialists and people managers across the various businesses. A key area of focus for the HRP is to increase manager capability which should enable them to be more self-sufficient and drive manager education on important people programs, policies, tools, projects, and processes. Based in Cambridge, MA, this role will primarily focus on supporting US-based teams within the Tech function.

As an Human Resource Partner, you will...
- Work with people managers end to end on performance management and support employee relations investigations
- Support the Talent Management processes through partnership with the HRBPs in the Tech organization (including talent reviews, promotions, and role changes), developing toolkits and communications that help managers to be self-sufficient with talent practices
- Serve as direct point of contact for all internal transfers, short-term assignments, and rotations, partnering closely with the relevant stakeholders and connecting the dots across process and communication
- Support HRBPs with collection and analysis of the org health and employee engagement data (exit interviews, engagement discussions, performance and ER data)
- Consult and coach managers on people matters that require in depth knowledge of policies, procedures and local legislation
- Run regular reports, update monthly scorecards and track team progress towards the talent goals and metrics
- Coordinate with COEs to improve HR process, and serves as the major POC of process implementation, as well as partner with HRBPs on the automation of processes where possible

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of relevant Human Resources experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, high judgment, critical thinking and analysis
- Strong communication skills
- Drives recommendations and prioritization
- Project management and execution skills
- Coaching and consulting skills
- Thrives in a high-pressure environment and able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities
- Experience working with large Tech or Software Engineering teams (300+ employees)
