    Your Impact

Join us to lead the development of secure, scalable solutions for our cutting-edge SOAR security platform. In this senior engineering role, you’ll shape the technical direction, guide innovative features, and mentor engineers to solve complex challenges. Leveraging expertise in cloud and enterprise security, CI/CD, DevOps, and engineering leadership, you’ll ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable products from design to deployment

    Responsibilities will include:

+ Foster a culture of growth by mentoring engineers, encouraging innovation, and driving technical excellence.

+ Own major features from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with security, user, and business needs.

+ Apply CI/CD and DevOps principles to deliver cloud and enterprise security solutions that enable customers to compose, run, and monitor playbook execution, safeguard against vulnerabilities, and ensure secure access across security environments.

+ Participate in the on-call rotation to maintain the security, stability, and availability of the SOAR production system. Be prepared to diagnose and resolve production issues with urgency, particularly in areas like CI/CD, pipelines, test automation, and security.

+ Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineers to define feature requirements, deliver high-quality solutions, and align with product objectives. Champion CI/CD, test automation, performance, and scalability throughout the product lifecycle.

+ Identify new technologies and techniques that improve CI/CD, test automation, performance, and scalability of the SOAR platform. Actively resolve potential issues before they impact customers or the platform.

+ Collaborate to set the technical vision, expectations, and standards for the team. Hold the team accountable to those standards while fostering an environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field with 3 + years of experience in software engineering with an emphasis on cloud security, infrastructure, or networking

+ 3 + years of experience with the cloud and UNIX enterprise services offered, including secure access controls, identity and access management (IAM), encryption, and secure APIs

+ 3 + years of experience with at least one language (e.g., Python, Go, Java, C++, or similar) with deep experience in cloud-native development (microservices, containers etc.)

+ 2 + years of experience designing and building large-scale, distributed systems with a focus on CI/CD, test automation, performance, scalability, and security in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise on-premise environments.

    Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience building enterprise grade products that operate at scale and on-prem.

+ Experience building reusable code using object oriented principles

+ Experience with CI/CD, test automation and site reliability using GitLab and git-based tooling.

+ Experience with DevOps practices, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools for automated deployment pipeline

+ Experience in leading incident response efforts and forensic analysis in a cloud security context

+ Experience with automation tools like Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, or CloudFormation for infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines

+ Comfortable in a fast-paced, sophisticated environment where priorities may shift quickly
