About the Role

We are looking for a product director to lead Splunk's data platform solution experience, driving an end-to-end, workflow-driven journey with a native AI approach – from onboarding to configuration to consumption, value reporting and optimization. Splunk’s Data Platform serves more than 10,000 customers and drives a multi-billion dollar business. This role will redefine how customers realize value from data with AI intelligence and cross-functional persona collaboration at the core.

As the go-to leader for customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights, you’ll drive the data platform end to end experience strategy, roadmap, and execution in collaboration with AI, engineering, design, product marketing, and GTM teams. Initially an IC role with growth potential, this position reports to the VP of Product Management for Splunk Data Platform with a hybrid working from home and bay area offices.

Key Responsibilities

+ Define and execute the data-driven end to end customer experience strategy for Splunk’s Data Platform

+ Partner with engineering, AI, design, and marketing teams to build intuitive, high-impact solutions

+ Lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance usability and value realization with AI-driven insights and intuitive experiences

+ Continuously integrate customer feedback, market trends, and analytics into product evolution

+ Influence technical and executive stakeholders to drive alignment and business impact

Qualifications

+ 12+ years in the tech industry, 7+ years in product management for Cloud or AI-driven platforms

+ Experience in AI-driven enterprise solutions in SaaS and On-Prem deployments

+ Background in enterprise data, AI solutions, and unstructured data analytics

+ Strong experience in customer journey design and business value realization

+ Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills

+ Ability to deep dive into technical domains and connect the dots across functions

+ Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels with clear communication and strategic insights

+ Preferred Qualification

+ BS in Computer Science or related field required; deep business and domain experiences are highly desirable
