The WW DSP Pricing Product & Strategy team is building a comprehensive business platform that reinforces Amazon's Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program as our preferred last-mile delivery solution worldwide. Our vision is to be Earth's most economically sustainable delivery network by enabling data-driven solutions that ensure attractive opportunities for entrepreneurs. We design and deliver intelligent compensation solutions and strategic frameworks that optimize Amazon's cost to serve and DSP economics while driving operational excellence. Working with science teams, we're developing sophisticated models for long-term cost optimization, profitability prediction, and strategic decision-making. This role will be instrumental in shaping how Amazon manages a multi-billion dollar annual investment in its delivery network while ensuring sustainable growth across global markets through standardized approaches, data automation, and measurable improvement in both cost efficiency and partner sustainability.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that require deep analytical thinking and strategic planning across global teams. You'll own the development and implementation of worldwide frameworks and mechanisms that standardize our approach across regions while maintaining local flexibility. Key responsibilities include managing team review mechanisms like QBRs and operational reviews, building scalable processes for regional alignment, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders including regional pricing teams, finance, tech, and science teams. You'll be responsible for identifying and resolving program risks, developing mechanisms to track program health, and creating repeatable processes that can scale globally. This role requires experience leading without authority, excellent communication skills to influence senior stakeholders, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong program management experience, data-driven decision making, and a track record of delivering results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage the full lifecycle of WW pricing and P&L management programs, with accountability for DSP financial health and growth metrics
• Lead cross-functional program initiatives to develop and implement new rate card structures, incentive programs, and comprehensive P&L management frameworks
• Create and optimize pricing and compensation mechanisms that ensure long-term program success and scalability across global markets
• Drive data-driven decision making through complex analysis, actionable insights, and standardized worldwide processes
• Partner with Technology, Finance, Science, and Operations teams to deliver automated pricing and P&L management solutions
• Present program updates, strategic recommendations, and performance metrics to senior leadership
• Develop and manage standardized review mechanisms and operational processes across regions
• Identify and mitigate program risks, creating scalable solutions for global implementation
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
