Position Overview
The Strategic Finance Business Partner supports, challenges, and drives long-term strategic priorities, playing a pivotal role in formulating and understanding initiatives that drive long-term financial growth and profitability. This role closely collaborates with Senior Leadership to enhance business performance, conducts detailed analysis to deliver insights, and helps set strategic direction. By blending expertise in finance, strategic analysis, and planning, the Strategic Finance Business Partner guides the company’s Senior Leadership in achieving long-term goals.

Job Description
What You’ll Do
+ Establishes and forges strong alliances across business functions to optimize operations and enhance strategic alignment.
+ Partners with the commercial, program management, and operations teams to synthesize their visions into cohesive financial planning.
+ Analyzes various product modalities to determine profitability and influence strategic alignment in the market.
+ Evaluates financial performance against client contracts, understanding intricacies and tailoring financial models to reflect contractual obligations.
+ Creates a focus on performance and align site goals with overall company goals.
+ Conducts monthly growth tracking and variance analysis, focusing on profitability against contracts and long-range planning.
+ Influences financial models that incorporate contract-specific details, site performance, capex investments, and sector-specific forecasts.
+ Identifies opportunities for business growth and provide strategic recommendations for enhancing financial performance.
+ Advises on potential program, client, site, and business risks while providing guidance to mitigate these within financial planning.
+ Delivers comprehensive insights and reports to executive management, incorporating detailed contract analysis and growth outlook.
+ Balances financial stability with innovative growth opportunities, aligning operational strategies with company-wide objectives.
+ Performs other duties, as assigned

Basic Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in a Quantitative Field (Finance, Math, Computer Science) with 12 years of applicable industry experience OR
+ Master’s degree in management, Finance, Strategy or Accounting 10 years of applicable industry experience.
+ Experience in finance, strategic planning, or business analysis
Preferred Requirements
+ Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry experience
