We are partnering with a cutting-edge technology company in San Marcos, CA that is looking to grow its customer support team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your customer service expertise with your proficiency in RingCentral to enhance the client experience and streamline communication workflows.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will use your knowledge of RingCentral software to ensure clients and internal teams communicate effectively. Your daily responsibilities include:
+ Assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions via RingCentral’s platform.
+ Managing inbound and outbound calls while maintaining accurate call documentation.
+ Responding to customer inquiries through email and chat platforms.
+ Training clients on using RingCentral software and its associated tools.
+ Working cross-functionally with technical and sales teams to resolve escalated issues.
+ Maintaining accurate records of interactions and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
+ 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technology or software company.
+ Proficiency in RingCentral software is required; familiarity with other communication platforms is a plus.
+ Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ High attention to detail and ability to document interactions thoroughly.
