Our client, a leading healthcare provider in Vista, is hiring an HR Coordinator to support their growing workforce. This is a perfect opportunity for someone excited about people operations in a mission-driven environment.

Your Day-to-Day:

As an HR Coordinator, you’ll help ensure the smooth operation of HR activities while fostering a welcoming and positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include:

+ Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including verifying required certifications for healthcare staff.

+ Tracking employee credentials to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

+ Managing job postings and scheduling interviews for open positions.

+ Supporting benefits administration and assisting employees during open enrollment.

+ Assisting HR leadership with data entry, reporting, and audits regarding payroll and employee files.

+ Supporting employee engagement programs, including wellness initiatives and recognition events.

Requirements

+ At least 2+ years of HR experience, ideally in healthcare or a comparable compliance-driven industry.

+ Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
