Description We are looking for a motivated Accounting Clerk to join a dynamic and well-established organization in Saint Louis, Missouri. This Contract to permanent position offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills and a meticulous approach to grow within the company. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily accounting and office operations while maintaining a welcoming and detail-oriented presence.

Responsibilities:

• Process daily deposits, including scanning approximately 1,200 checks per month using remote deposit technology.

• Accurately code incoming checks and accounts payable invoices to the appropriate property numbers.

• Generate and distribute delinquency notices to clients or tenants as needed.

• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail efficiently.

• Welcome and direct visitors in a courteous and friendly manner.

• Assist with a variety of general office tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Uphold a business casual dress code and maintain a detail-oriented demeanor in all interactions. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in general office administration or a related field.

• Familiarity with Skyline software is preferred but not required.

• Exceptional attention to detail, especially with numerical data.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a detail-oriented approach are essential.

• Ability to navigate stairs to access the second floor.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounts payable and receivable processes.

• Strong organizational and data entry skills, including coding invoices and processing check deposits.
