Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This role is essential in supporting financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate accounts receivable records, including invoicing and payment tracking.

• Process incoming payments and ensure they are applied correctly to customer accounts.

• Reconcile accounts receivable balances to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address billing inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

• Prepare and analyze reports related to accounts receivable, cash flow, and outstanding balances.

• Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to streamline financial processes.

• Monitor overdue accounts and communicate with clients to facilitate timely payments.

• Assist in month-end closing activities by providing necessary documentation and reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

• Support additional tasks related to accounts receivable as needed.

Requirements • Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.

• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, such as Epic or ADP.

• Strong knowledge of billing processes, cash handling, and reconciliation.

• Ability to analyze financial data and generate accurate reports.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and other financial tools is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
